Styling The Khaki Cargo Trousers

I’m back with a very long awaited fashion post. I haven’t been posting much because I’ve been busy with school work. And I haven’t been able to post any outfits because do I ever leave the house? (Spoiler, I don’t). But I went on a lovely trip out to London with my mum and sister. My sister had a meeting but I tagged along because they couldn’t go to my favourite place without me.
I loved but then hated my outfit. I wish I wore a different top because I wasn’t a fan of it with my jacket. But I loveee the cargo trousers

The cargo trousers I’m wearing are from NastyGal. (I can’t find them online now so I think they’ve sold out). And they’re so gorgeous. I’ve always loved cargo trousers but never really thought I’d be able to wear them casually. But these cargo trousers are so easy to style. The shape and fit of them are so flattering. The waist is tight and the elasticated hem’s on the trousers are so figure flattering. And I need all the help I can get so I love the fit of these. And they’re the comfiest things ever!! I have recently formed the biggest hatred for tight trousers. The looser fit the better. So these cargo trousers are a true winner.

I paired the trousers with a simple Black Roll Neck. Which is a super old purchase from Primark. The top is tight so works well with the trousers. And is still super comfy because of the thin material. And I wore my Black Biker Jacket from Zara on top. Which I wasn’t a fan of but I struggled to find a jacket that worked with the trousers.

For my bag I wore my Yellow Cross Body Bag from Zara. Which I love paired with the outfit as it gives a pop of colour. And I think the yellow goes quite well. And the patterned strap on the bag gives colour against the plain black top.
On my feet, I wore my new favourites which you can’t see very well on the photos… But they’re the Converse One Star with Pinstripes (find them here). They’re a simple white shoe with the cut out star on the side with small red and navy strips on the back and side. I bought them for £50 when they were on offer which was such a bargain. They’re such good quality and so comfy!

Hope you all enjoyed this outfit post. And if I get my shit together I shall be back with some more. (But when have I ever had my shit together…)
